Terms of Use

By accessing Grant County Recent Arrests, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with Grant County, a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or any government body. Neither we nor our advertising partners offer FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services. We provide links to Arkansas and Grant County custody and record resources, but we are neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Website

This is a private reference with no government authority. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

Content points visitors toward Grant County jail and arrest-record sources, Arkansas custody and court systems, federal locators, and third-party research tools. The originating office remains responsible for an official answer.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

  • violate any applicable law;
  • stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person;
  • use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision;
  • attempt access to systems or data without authorization;
  • operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; or
  • damage, overload, or disrupt service for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Grant County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither do our advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use any content or linked result for an FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Employment hiring, retention, promotion, or termination;
  • tenant selection or any housing decision;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to rosters, booking sources, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid resources, news pages, and outside search services. We do not control or endorse their content, data handling, terms, pricing, or uptime. Review each destination's policies before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty concerning:

  • accuracy, completeness, or currency;
  • continuous or uninterrupted availability;
  • the absence of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or
  • the scope or quality of partner search results.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Sheridan Detention Center, Arkansas Department of Corrections, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Grant County Recent Arrests or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish them without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised version.

Ending or Limiting Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
